Communication: My main platform for discussion is Twitter. However, I will prioritize communication through your preferred platform's direct messages (DMs) to ensure efficient and private correspondence.

Progress & Updates: I will provide regular progress updates (at least once a week, depending on my current workload) via a private link that I will share with you. I will only reach out directly via DM for revisions and when the final artwork is complete. You are welcome to message me at any time if you have questions or concerns.

Final Delivery: Once the final artwork is approved, I will send you all the necessary files, including the final canvas file with a watermark for protection, any bonuses (if applicable), and your purchase invoice. All files will be delivered through a private Google Drive link for your exclusive access.

Payment Method: I currently only accept payments through PayPal, bank transfer, or e-wallet.

Payment Schedule: A 50% down payment is required to begin the project. I will not start any work until this payment is received. After the initial sketch is approved, you are required to pay the remaining 50% before I can proceed to the finishing stage. This system is in place to prevent "hit-and-run" customers and to ensure the prompt completion of your artwork.

Invoice: The final invoice will be sent throught the google drive folder, where I will upload the artwork and other files regarding the completion of the work.

Special Price: It will only happen during special occasion, and the price is not permanent. Such as; discount, urgent commission, or any promotional occcasion.

Cancellation & Refunds: If you decide to cancel the commission midway through the process, I will not issue a refund. I will, however, send you the clean sketch of the work that has been completed up to that point.

Chargebacks: Initiating a PayPal chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with me will result in an immediate termination of the commission. In this case, you will not be eligible for a refund, and I will refuse any future commissions from you.

Revision Policy: You are entitled to a maximum of two (2) minor revisions. One minor revision can be made during the sketch phase, and the second during the finishing phase.

Minor vs. Major Revisions: A minor revision includes small changes like adjusting colors, minor details, or fixing a small feature. A major revision is defined as any change that requires me to re-sketch or reconstruct the artwork from the beginning.

Additional Revisions: Major revisions, or any minor revisions requested beyond the two included, will incur an additional fee. This fee will be discussed and agreed upon with you beforehand, and the revision will only be made after the payment has been completed.

Timeline: The estimated timeline for completion is typically up to 3 weeks. This can vary depending on my current workload, and I will provide a more specific estimate during our initial discussion.

Copyright: As the artist, I retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork.

Conceptual Ownership: While I retain the copyright to the artwork itself, the concept or prompt that you provided belongs to you as the commissioning customer.

Usage Rights: The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. It can be used or gifted to other person, digital or as in printed merch, as long as the product will not bring any profit for the anyone.

Commercial Use: I am not open to discussion for commercial use at this time. Using the artwork for any commercial purpose without an explicit, written agreement from me is strictly prohibited.

Artist's Rights: I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and on social media for promotional purposes. However, if you explicitly request it, I will not publish the commissioned piece. If you give me permission to publish it, I will not mention you on my social media posts to protect your privacy.

AI & Signature: The commissioned artwork may not be used for AI training or as assets for AI-related projects. Additionally, please do not delete my signature or watermark from the final artwork. I will place it in a discreet and unobtrusive location as I can.

Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason, as long as the payment has not been made.

I Will Not Draw: Elderly people, aliens, mecha, or NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content. Furry, except for features like animal ears, horns, or tails. Horror, ghosts, gore, or anything with a terrifying look.

I Will Draw: OC (Original Characters), Fanart, Yume, BxB, BxG, and GxG artwork.
